Easy and quick to cook, our foxtail millet is a great alternative to rice when you’re short on time. It is more filling than rice, so don’t pile your plate too high! Soak the millet for an hour before you boil it. Add salt as per taste when you’re cooking it and your millet will be ready in 15 minutes. Add in stir-fried veggies or a sabzi - Millet Khichdi/Pongal ready!
