Jave Godhi (Emmer Long Wheat) Flour, 1 kg
Jave Godhi, also known as Emmer Wheat is one of the oldest wheat varieties of India. It is very different from the usual wheat flour because this variety contains lower gluten content. So anyone with gluten allergies could give this one a shot.
Made into flour by powdering the extremely nutritious grain Jave Godhi, it's a healthier alternative to other common flours. It is a great source of protein, fiber. Our flour can be used to make Rotis (Indian Breads) or dosas.
