Red Beaten Rice (Red Poha) 500gm
Poha is one of the healthiest Indian breakfast. You can make them healthier by using our red beaten rice instead of the white. Made from red rice, it is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Red rice is healthier than white because it is not as polished or refined, thereby retaining all of its natural properties.
Apart from poha, you can also use it in salads, stir-fries, and even chaats! Get creative with it.
